The Aligned Social Media Code

For holistic healers who've done the visibility work and still aren't posting (you! that's you!)

Sure, we'll cover your fear of visibility.
But we'll also cover the other three, because four different fears stall a healer's account, and posting more was never going to fix any of them.
The Aligned Social Media Code will.

The Aligned Social Media Code · Booking Clients

Your Instagram should be booking you clients. Eager, thankful and holding their credit card.

But without addressing the real fear, it'll stay empty, vanilla or, God forbid, indistinguishable from every other healer's accounts.

The Aligned Social Media Code · 41 Saved Ideas

41 saved ideas. Zero posted.

"I should be posting more"...

Yet you don't. Instead you close the app and think, fine. It's all fake anyway. It's loud, and it's run by evil billionaires. (Which, by the way, is totally true!)

And you start to wonder whether putting yourself out there is even aligned with the work. Or whether healing just doesn't sell online. Lucky for you, neither of us gives up that easily.

So after 20 years of finding what's actually in a person's way (that's Karin) and one healing account that went from 2,000 followers to 28,300 with ease (that's Kirsten), we put both halves in the same room.

To give you the most Aligned Social Media Code ever.

Four fears, not one

You know how everyone says you've got a fear of being seen?
Yeah… not exactly.

If that were true, one round of journal prompts and nervous system reset would have fixed it and your account would be full by now.
We take a different approach. We'll talk you through the four different aspects of that one fear and what it does to your account.

Fear of visibility

The profile photo is a mandala and the bio has no surname. What she can't risk is being findable by the people from her old job who think this is a phase.

Fear of being known

She's fine with being seen as a healer. Oracle pull Monday and chakra carousel Friday. What she can't survive is someone seeing past the professional cloak to the real woman underneath.

Fear of being judged

She wrote something true, then added "for me personally" to soften it until there was nothing left to disagree with. Because she can't face the comment that says "You're wrong!".

Fear of being irrelevant

She did the brave thing. She showed up with a reel that took her days to script, film and post. The worst now: Nobody cares. Or shares.

You've already picked yours, haven't you?
Bring it on the night.

Name the real fear.
Make social media fun again.
That's the Aligned Social Media Code.

One of us isn't enough

How's this different from every other Instagram or Visibility masterclass you've sat through?

Most of them address only one aspect of the real fear then give you tactics like hooks or edits. Which is great. But then?

Our guess is: You’re still paralysed inside and your account isn’t growing.

Let’s do the real diagnosis first and the strategy second, so your account starts booking your ideal clients.

Karin

Energy clearing

20 years with her hands (and third eye) on women who kept saying they had a fear of being seen. She'll tell you what it really is.

Kirsten

Instagram translation

28,300 followers on 290 posts, in Dutch, in a niche full of practitioners. She'll show you how she did it.

We met on Instagram. Yes, that Instagram.

90 minutes, here's the play-by-play:

1

Karin takes you through the four fears and you work out which one is yours. And what to do about it, of course.

2

Kirsten shows you how she positions an account so people understand who you are, what you stand for and how you help. Plus the thing that actually makes you more visible, and it is not how often you post.

3

Hot seats. You bring your account, we tell you what's in the way.

Live only · not in the replay

Things people ask before they register

Where does it happen?

Zoom. You get the link when you register, and again on the day.

I can't make it live. Is there a replay?

Yes. But you'll miss out on the hot seat opportunity!

Do I have to have my camera on?

No. Camera off is fine by us. But we'd be lying if we pretended we wouldn't love to see your Sunday hair.

How do the hot seats work?

Two of them, at the end, randomly chosen. Send us your IG handle with your registration or decide on a whim that night. Chance favours the bold, always!

Is this a 90-minute advert?

We would be amiss if we weren't offering you something special at the end. But we'll only talk about it for five minutes, pinkie promise!

Oh, and there'll be an extra bonus if you join live and stay 'til the end.

Live only · bonus at the end

Energy clearing and Instagram strategy on the same call. Really?

Yes. Karin finds what's stopping you. Kirsten shows you what to do once it's gone. Running one without the other is why the last five webinars didn't stick.

My account is tiny/new. Is this for me?

Yes, absolutely. Knowing which fear holds you back and how to make Instagram feel like a game rather than a strategy will help at any growth stage.

One thing worth knowing: reading an account needs roughly 20 posts on it before there's a pattern to see. If you're at three, come anyway, and come back to that part when you've got more.

Enough with the "fear of being seen" BS

The client who needs you can't find a healer who won't show up.

She's out there right now, scrolling for someone who does exactly what you do.
She won't find you behind a fear you haven't even named correctly.

  • Karin shows you which of the four fears is actually running your account.
  • Kirsten shows you how to make what you post recognisable enough for that client to stop scrolling.
  • 90 minutes, live, with a shot at a hot seat: real time diagnostic, clearing and Aligned Social Media Code.
  • Miss the live and the replay won't get you the seat, nor the bonus we're saving for whoever stays until the end.
